  • 3 baby cucumber slices

DINNER

  • 2 cups lettuce

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice

  • 2 baby cucumbers chopped

  • 4 slice salami uncured

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 tbs TJ's light champagne dressing
