We’ll create customized meal plans with specific strategies leading up to the big day so that you can look and feel absolutely amazing.

HIIT Pilates with Melanie

We’ll create a Pilates routine (HIIT-inspired, Signature, or combo) to burn fat, sculpt and tone, increase flexibility, decrease stress, and improve posture.

Packages

3 Months | $1600

  • Twelve 45-minute weekly in-person Pilates sessions with Melanie with initial virtual consult 

  • One 60-minute initial & 7 thirty-minute follow-up virtual nutrition coaching sessions with Rachel, with unlimited email access in between sessions

6 Months | $3300

  • Twenty-four 45-minute weekly in-person Pilates sessions with Melanie with initial virtual consult

  • One 60-minute initial & 15 thirty-minute follow-up virtual nutrition coaching sessions with Rachel, with unlimited email access in between sessions
